Shipping and Payment

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components

We only deliver to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary.

For orders placed from outside the Federal Republic of Germany (within the European Union), the VAT applicable in the country from which the order is placed applies.

Our flat rate shipping costs are EUR 4.90 within Germany and EUR 6.90 to Austria (including VAT).
Shipping is free for orders with a gross value of 50 euros or more for Germany and 100 euros for Austria.

For Switzerland, the shipping fee is EUR 12,- (including VAT).
For all other countries listed above, the shipping fee is EUR 13.90 (incl. VAT).
For goods valued at EUR 300 or more, shipping to these countries is free of charge.

Please note that for deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs fees and import duties may be incurred, which are to be borne by the recipient. The amount of these fees varies depending on the country and the value of the goods. For more detailed information, please contact the relevant customs authorities in the recipient's country.

You can choose to pay in advance (bank transfer) or via our service provider PayPal, which offers credit card and direct debit payment options.

In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options:

Purchase on account: You pay the invoice amount within the period specified by Klarna after the goods have been shipped.

Payment processing is carried out by Klarna.

The use of the payment methods requires a positive credit check. As part of the order processing, we transmit your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit assessment as well as payment processing. Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The payment methods are only available to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB (German Civil Code).
